Revising the manual

Just added writing assignments to the program and that is online as an update to version 1.3.8.4.

Found several bugs already but first, I’m grinding through revising the user’s manual. There have been a lot of changes between 1.3.7 and 1.3.8, with the addition of classes, assignments, group reports, comparison reports, online access… So its a lot to update.

Then I’ll task-switch back to the software and get 1.3.8.5 out with all the fixes.
